Søren Sten Rasmussen

Education: B.Sc. in Export Engineering

Before joining SiccaDania A/S, he worked as Managing Director for SPX Flow Technology Denmark A/S and SPX Flow Technology Hanse GmbH (2010 -2014), responsible for SPX’s activities in Denmark including the global technology centers for Drying & Evaporation (Anhydro brand) and Fats & Oils (Gerstenberg-Schröder brand). Earlier, he worked as Vice President within the Anhydro Group (2005-2010), Department Manager for Carlisle Process Systems (2001-2005), and various management positions at APV Anhydro (1993-2000).

Henrik Simonsen

Education: M.Sc in Political Science (cand.scient pol) and has obtained leadership training at Insead in France.

Henrik Simonsen is one of the founders of SiccaDania in September 2014 and has taken over the position as CFO. Before joining SiccaDania, Mr. Simonsen worked several years with development banking, IFU and for more than 20 years within the leading process engineering companies, GEA-Niro, including 5 years as CFO and as member of the executive leadership team of various Business Units within the Anhydro Group and within SPX.

In SiccaDania, Mr. Simonsen is responsible for Finance, IT, business development and overseas operations, and is part of the group executive leadership team.

Jørgen Ohrt

Education: B.Sc Mechanical Engineer

Before joining SiccaDania A/S, he worked as Engineering Director for SPX in Asia-Pacific from 2011-2014. He joined Anhydro in 1992 as project engineer mainly doing design and commissioning. Project manager from 1998-2004. Global Engineering Manager Dairy & Food 2004-2008. Engineering Director Anhydro China 2008-2011. Since 2008 he has lived in Shanghai.

René Hansen

Education: BSME, Bachelor of mechanical and electrical engineering from Maskinmesterskolen København.

Before joining the company, he spent 15 years with ACO-Service A/S latest as Managing Director for 13 years. Earlier he worked several years for GEA-Niro.

Peter Larsen

Before joining SiccaDania, Peter has over the last 17 years worked as Manager and Managing Director in companies from ACO Holding which consist of ACO Service A/S, ACO-Engineering A/S and ACO-Engineering Sp. z o.o. responsible for more than 200 employees.

Arend Jan van Gelder

Education: Mechanical Engineering and Business Engineering in the food industry.

Before joining SiccaDania A/S, he worked as Sales Manager Projects at GEA Process Engineering. Arend Jan brings a vast experience in the field of technology, sales and key account management.His interest and knowledge about strategy and general management brings great effort to the SiccaDania Group.

Michael Oesterle

Education: M.Sc. Process Engineering

Before joining SiccaDania, Michael worked for more than 10 years in Anhydro in Denmark in different functions in engineering, sales and general management. In 2006 Michael moved to China to establish and manage the Asian organisation of Anhydro in a position as President for Anhydro Asia. After leaving SPX Anhydro, Michael established his own business and worked with different European and US companies to support their Asian operations.

Mikael Warren Larsen

Mikael has a background in Mechanical Engineering and Management and comes with a wealth of experience. After having spent the first years of his career in the Energy & Petrochemical industry, he made a shift to the Process Industry where he has had an International career spanning 30 year within Niro A/S and GEA Process Engineering. Mikael has spent the last 23 years in managerial positions, latest as Business Unit Manager in Asia Pacific and, and have also been posted to USA, South America and Continental Europe. He has been instrumental in developing the project and installation business and managing large strategic customers across South East Asia and Asia Pacific.

Romain Cailleaux

Education: Graduated as a Ceramic Engineer.

Romain started his career as an after-market and spare parts engineer, he then continued being a project manager for the spray drying and evaporation processes. Before joining SiccaDania A/S, he worked as Engineering Manager for SPX Anhydro in France.

Kim Bach

Education: Executive MBA

Before joining SiccaDania, he worked as Vice President with H+H International (2015-2017). Before that he held a number of high level management positions within the food manufacturing industry. GM-manufacturing Kuwait Danish Dairies (2011-2015), COO Stryhns’ group (2008-2011) and Plant Manager at Malaco-Leaf confectionery (2003-2008). He has also worked as Customer Service Manager Nordic for Convenience Food Systems (2001-2003) as well as for TetraPak as Site Manager (1994-2001).

Thomas Hansen

Education: BSME. Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics, Southern Danish University

Before joining the company, Thomas spent 13 years with ACO-Service A/S, now part of SiccaDania Group, his latest position being the Technical Director and one of the shareholders. Thomas has been working in the aftermarket business for more than 10 years “rebuilding spray dryers plants” which became one of his core competencies. All Thomas’ aftermarket experience in the industry adds great value to Siccadania Group, bringing it to a new level in the aftermarket business.

Christine Holt

Education: M.Sc Export Engineering

Before joining SiccaDania A/S, Christine worked as Sales Manager for Anhydro/SPX Denmark (2001-2005 + 2011-2016) responsible for global sales of Dairy Projects. She has more than 23 years of experience from various projects sales as well as management roles in the dairy as well as other process industries.

Morten Kaad Friis

Education: International Sales and Marketing, Copenhagen Business School

Before joining SiccaDania A/S, Morten held various Management positions in SPX Flow Technology Danmark/Anhydro being globally responsible for Sales and Marketing of Small Scale Plants from 2006-2016 and in parallel Manager for Parts & Service from 2009-2013. Prior to these positions Morten was responsible for Global Sales of Pilot Plants in Carlisle Process Systems/Bontech from 2002-2005. Morten originally started in the process industry as Commercial Manager in APV Anhydro from 1997-2001 after leaving IBM where he was employed as a Product Manager from 1994.

Jette Hansen

Many years of broad experience within Human Resource area. Jette’s experience has given her strong skills in the following areas of work: recruitment, including interview, test feedback, HR counseling, on / off-boarding processes, introduction and exit interviews, employment A to Z (HR Legal) , Employer Branding, change management and employee engagement. Jette’s experience has developed in big corporations such as Unomedical/Convatec, KPMG, Rambøll and in Nets.

Before joining SiccaDania A/S he worked as Group Vice President for York International USA (2000 to 2003) responsible for the global industrial refrigeration activities. Earlier he worked for Sabroe Refrigeration A/S Denmark as CEO (1997 to 2000), GEA AG Germany as Member of the group management responsible for the entire process engineering division (1992 to 1997) and at Niro Atomizer A/S (1970 to 1992) latest as CEO.

Martin Lavesen

Education: Master of Law and Graduate Diploma in Business Administration

Beside his appointment with SiccaDania A/S, he is a partner in the major Danish law firm LETT advising on commercial law. He has special knowledge of and experience in advising private companies on partnerships, corporate structures and private placements. Previously he has been associated with Locke Lord Edwards in Boston and has been CEO of Exiqon, a listed Danish biotech company. He is a frequent used arbitrator and is also an experienced advocate appearing before the Danish Supreme Court. He holds and has held several executive positions with innovation-based enterprises.
