At SiccaDania we experience strong growth, and we are now looking for Project Engineers for our project execution team. You will participate in project teams involving engineering of complete dryer and evaporator solutions to our customers Worldwide. You will have a dedicated team of project managers, engineers and technicians supporting the projects as well. As a project engineer in SiccaDania, you will be expected to assume different roles, as many of our projects are of a size requiring engineers with a broad skillset covering procurement, mechanical engineering, plant commissioning and some automation skills. Typical project sizes range from a few mio DKK to 100+ mio DKK.
At SiccaDania we have a range of different technologies in our portfolio and you will therefore be involved in designing and engineering different types of projects. Among these are evaporation and drying plants for the dairy and food industries as well as starch processing plants. You will be involved in interdisciplinary project groups and will acquire a broad technical knowledge base.
The job involves regular contact with colleagues and customers around the world, as well as with our international suppliers. Assignments abroad in connection with engineering, inspection and installation of process plants will be part of the job. You should expect up to 30-80 travel days per year to various sites in Asia, South America, Europe or other countries where we have clients and suppliers.
The department currently consists of engineers and technicians, and we expect to expand this function to approx. 20 colleagues over the next few months. Most of our design work is based on international codes and standards.
Development of flow and PI-diagrams
Process and mechanical calculations
Develop technical specifications and purchase specifications
Preparation of technical documentation for procurement
Provide technical evaluation of offers from suppliers
Participate in procurement of equipment for the project(s) you are involved with
Prepare technical documentation for the clients
Inspect and secure quality control at manufacturers’ workshops
Supervise site construction
Assist the start-up process of drying and evaporation plants
Provide technical clarification of customers’ requirements.
Participate in customer meetings with our sales functions, as we like to involve our project management & engineering functions actively in the pre-contractual stage.

You have a degree in engineering. Ideally, you have experience with evaporators and/or spray dryers, and finally you have excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
