As Sales Manager for dairy projects the main responsibilities are to secure a continuous project pipeline as well as order intake for the drying and evaporation projects. This will be performed on a global level and in cooperation with SiccaDania’s subsidiaries. You will promote and market our solutions within drying and evaporation, including complete process lines wherever compatible with SiccaDania’s strategy.

You will drive the proposal process and be the point of contact for our customers. Exploring new opportunities and clarifying customer inquiries and present solutions are other important tasks. As well as this, you will be playing an active role in marketing and exhibition activities.

In the position of the sales manager you will primarily work with the Division Manager, the Sales Managers, Sales Support, Marketing and Project Managers. Your secondary contact will be Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering/Technology and other SiccaDania entities. Overall the internal contact is very broad.

 The following competencies and behavioral skills are required:

  • Experience within the dairy industry is a must to fill in the position
  • Knowledge of dairy processing, from the sales to the industry or hands on experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and preferably in another language additionally
  • Thrust worthy relationship building both internally and externally

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in engineering (dairy, chemical, mechanical. Export etc.)

 Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the developments of proposals acc. to customer application
  • Arrange customer meetings
  • Clarification of incoming inquiries and proposals
  • Handle negotiations of the projects in cooperation with the assigned Project Managers
  • Be commercial responsible for the sales processes
  • Outline the sales presentations
  • Sales and overall cost prices
  • Be total sales process responsible
  • You can expect around 50 travel days per year
